Social Highlights 2023/24

We are delighted to present the Social Highlights of 2023/24, where we reflect on our various initiatives and socially relevant facts and figures. Additionally, we interviewed Melithsa Demmers, HR Director at Praxis, and Rudi Schautteet, HR Director at Brico/BricoPlanit, about the past year. Despite various challenges, numerous projects have been completed or initiated. Important steps have been taken in areas such as learning and development, as well as diversity and inclusion.
