In recent weeks, hard work has been done at Praxis Veghel to design the store according to our Phygital concept. In this concept, the physical store and online channels of Praxis are better connected, and customers experience the benefits of both channels. The store was renovated in various phases so customers were always able to visit. From Wednesday 11 May, the final result can be viewed. The entire store has been refreshed. The flooring department has been enlarged so that there are even more choices and stock for the customer. More sales areas are introduced to increase the stock of bestsellers. The decorative departments (floors, paint, and lighting) have been provided with more inspiration and a lot of offers. Various digital tools such as QR codes and configurators are also available in the store. In this way, the store and online reinforce each other and an optimal customer experience is created. The first reactions from customers are very positive and Praxis Veghel is confident about the future with this Phygital store.
