Luc Leunis has been CFO of Maxeda DIY Group for some time now. He has many years of experience in the DIY sector and has seen the necessary changes within the organization. He spoke with CFO Magazine about the impact of digitization, the future of the DIY sector and his role within the finance team: “The sector is constantly changing, as is the case for my role as CFO. An open mind is one of the most important competencies in my opinion. Just because something didn't work in the past doesn't mean it can't be done differently and better today."
