We are pleased to present the Highlights of our group for the year 2020/21. Last year, despite the impact of COVID-19, we were able to continue our sustainable growth and market leadership. We continued our 'Make it Easy' strategy and further developed our five growth engines (Store, Product, People, Digital and Home). We have been able to, among other things, open new stores, further develop our websites, invest in assortments and training, continue various sustainable initiatives, and develop our new 'Phygital' concept.
