Work clothing from recycled material

For all store formulas, so also for Praxis, Maxeda DIY Group has entered into a partnership with supplier Schijvens for the production of workwear that is as sustainable as possible. By opting for Schijvens, Maxeda DIY Group opts for sustainable and socially responsible production of workwear. The new work clothing consists of 100% circular fabrics. The clothing consists for 30% of old, worn work clothing, 20% cuttings and 50% old recycled PET polyester from PET bottles, fishing nets and polyester clothing. In every Praxis store, old company clothing and work shoes are collected to be recycled by Schijvens as well.
