Fresh fruit for employees

Maxeda DIY Group and Praxis attach great importance to a healthy living and working environment and fit employees. To guarantee this, a vitality programme has been developed that includes making fresh fruit available to the head office employees. This is arranged in cooperation between Praxis and Fruitful Office. Through their Fruitbomen Planten Campagne, Ripple Africa plants 1 fruit tree in Malawi, Africa, for every crate Praxis purchases. This cooperation has resulted in the planting of more than a thousand fruit trees last year. In addition, Ripple Africa provides information to the local community, and in schools. This means a contribution to mitigating the effects of global warming and deforestation, it protects the native forests and creates employment and income for Malawi communities.
