Employee development with Maxeda's Academy

One of the Sustainable Development Goals is to ensure equal access to quality education and the promotion of lifelong learning for all. In this context, in February the Maxeda and Praxis Academy went live. Through the online platform, employees can attend classroom sessions and more than 100 open online training sessions on topics such as communication, personal effectiveness and Microsoft Office. In addition, the Academy offers the possibility to complete compulsory courses such as BHV (company emergency response) and Forklift. Everything an employee needs or wants to do in order to be able to advise customers, can be developed by following Academy training courses. A personal onboarding programme has been launched for new employees. At Maxeda DIY Group, employees are the key to success, which is why we encourage employees to work on their development. This is not only good for the company, but also for the individual employee.
