Makers workshops with CSR aspects

Fully in line with the Brico slogan: “For the Makers", Brico stores offer customers the opportunity to attend workshops for most common jobs in and around the house. At these workshops, customers set to work under the supervision of a professional. In two hours’ time, the professionals teach the customer all basic skills of the job. Customers can choose from different workshops in, for instance: ‘Women Only, Basic Crafts, Tiling a Wall, Laying Laminate and Installing Plasterboard. Customers are introduced to various sustainable alternatives during these workshops. In 2018, a total of 1,160 enthusiastic makers attended the workshops.
