33% energy savings with LED

With Light as a Service by Philips, Maxeda DIY Group opts for sustainability and an even more thrilling shopping experience. Since the start of the project, nine stores have been equipped with low-energy LED lighting and this has already resulted in a 28% reduction in energy consumption. In addition to the gigantic energy savings, the products stand out more prominently and it saves costs. The conversion in several Brico and BricoPlanit stores is still in full swing. The pendant luminaires have been specially designed for Praxis and Brico. Since they are produced in the Netherlands through digital manufacturing and because they are fully recyclable, they ensure an extremely low carbon footprint.
