Brico involved in good causes

In 2019, Brico sponsored three projects. The ‘School Renovation’ project help schools in renovating their buildings or recreational areas, and stimulates the collaboration between schools, parents and our staff. Brico gave 20 schools a budget of EUR 10,000 to realise their projects.

The ‘YOUCA Action Day’ allowed students to be active in our stores for a day. The wages earned that day were donated to the association in order to finance a youth project in Africa. We welcomed 13 students in our Dutch speaking stores.

Run for Hope is a project that has both a sporting and social aim. A team of Brico runners put on their trainers to support this association in its work on improving the daily lives of young cancer patients in hospitals.
