In July 2019, for the central departments of Brico and BricoPlanit, a Well Being Academy was set up under the management of a group of ten members of staff representing various departments. This new initiative forms part of a satisfaction survey carried out amongst our staff, and has the objective of improving the well-being of our employees at work. For example, by offering them sport and leisure activities, afterwork parties or sharing good practices with colleagues. Various activities were organised last year, such as a barbecue, a world kitchen meal, walks and jogging classes.
